A young woman returns to Malaysia to take over her father’s old coffee shop. Along with inheriting the Kopitiam, she gains a kooky group of friends.
When Marie inherits her father’s coffee shop, two older uncles, a struggling actor, a childhood friend and a lawyer from Singapore offer to help.
Renovations for the Kopitiam begin, with Marie and Susan at loggerheads. Chan has a bone to pick with Kong, while Steven and Joe play Cupid.
With nothing going to plan ahead of the Kopitiam’s grand opening, Marie calls on the gang for help. But nobody gets their job quite right.
