Husband-and-wife duo Bryan and Sarah Baeumler take on the tumultuous world of client builds; Sarah must quickly learn how to juggle strict budgets and high expectations from homeowners.
Bryan must deliver a tough reality check, and Sarah struggles with the clients' design choices.
Sarah takes over as full-time project manager, and she and Bryan search for two renovation properties in the town's most established locations. After locking down the projects, Sarah's new skills are put to the test by each home's challenges and demands.
As more hidden problems arise at one of the properties, Bryan makes a game-changing decision that affects the whole project. Meanwhile, the Baeumlers try to balance work and home life as their annual family vacation is threatened by a huge roadblock.
