The series follows the story of the disappearance of a boy in Paraná state and the investigation of the case.
Evandro Ramos Caetano was a six-year-old boy who mysteriously disappeared in the city of Guaratuba, Brazil. His body was found on April 11, 1992, mutilated and eviscerated. Seven people - known as the witches of Guaratuba" - were arrested, accused of kidnapping the child for black magic rituals. Aly Muritiba's documentary, over extensive material collected for the homonymous podcast by Ivan Mizanzuk, sheds light on the absurdities of the case and seeks the truth that had never surfaced.
