Shiina Aki is constantly being treated like a girl due to his feminine looks so he decides to move to Tokyo to attend middle school in an attempt to change himself. However what awaits him in his new home, Sunohara-sou, is the kind-hearted caretaker, Sunohara Ayaka. Along with the three female members of Aki's new middle school's student council, Yukimoto Yuzu, Yamanashi Sumire & Kazami Yuri. And so begins Aki's new life in Tokyo living with 4 girls.
Aki arrives in Tokyo ready to make a fresh start. The first step is finding his dorm Sunohara House and meeting the residents of his new home.
Aki and Ayaka work on getting more in sync, Aki gets Ayaka's input on a new look, and the residents of Sunohara House learn about each other's fears.
Aki gets to know the President a little better, Sumire decides to make Aki a target of observation, and Yuri secures Aki's help with a project.
The residents of Sunohara House discuss their ideal marriage, Aki and Ayaka fix leaks in the roof, and Ayaka takes care of her residents after they get caught in the rain.
