In the distant past, a great battle known as the "Universe War" erupted between all Super Sentai robots and a colossal "calamity." This war, later called the "Universal Great War," was brought to an end by a giant deity named Tega Sword. This transcendent being, imbued with the power of all Super Sentai, fell into slumber after sustaining injuries. Hoeru Tono, a young man drifting between part-time jobs, finds himself fired once again. Around the same time, the mysterious organization "Bridan" begins attacking Earth to awaken Tega Sword. Suddenly, Hoeru is enveloped in a strange space where he encounters Tega Sword. He learns that gathering special "rings" will grant him any wish. Without a specific wish in mind, Hoeru resolves to aim for the "Number One" and fights as Gozyu Wolf against Bridan. What wish will Hoeru eventually discover? And who are the other ring warriors?
No friends, no money, no amiability. Hoeru Tono is an outcast from society who spends his days as a wandering part-time worker. One day, he and his co-worker Tsutsumi encounter an attack by a giant robot in the city.
Hoeru has made a contract with Tega Sword and become Gozyu Wolf. He finds out that his colleague Tsutsumi is also a Ring Warrior, and the two begin fighting - And then, more Ring Warriors appear.
Hoeru discovers that the Prime Minister of Japan, Tokonatsu Atami, is also one of the ring bearers, who can transform into Don Momotaro. While thinking on how to defeat him, he is approached by a mysterious woman called Sumino Ichikawa.

Sumino, the 5th Gozyuger, made contract with Tega Sword to fulfill her wish to get revenge for the person that kidnapped her young sister, Oto. But she can't even engage?

The Calamity has not only harmed Mr. Shining Knife & Mrs. Sweet Cake, but even TegaJune, leaving the Bridan trembling with rage. The Bridan commanders then make a decision...! Meanwhile, Rikuo holds a "Thanks Party" to express his gratitude to everyone before the full-scale battle against the Calamity. He invites Hoeru and the others to his house, where he serves them a huge feast, and they all have a great time together. Eventually, Rikuo decides to go to Rei alone...!?

Why did Kuon become a Ring Hunter? Before him appeared a man who knew the answer to that mystery: Koyo Iwao. To Kuon, Koyo was a benefactor who looked after him and Hoeru in the No One World when they were children. Koyo, now a Ring Warrior, and Kuon engage in a fierce battle for the ring...! The Gozyugers, who stumbled upon this battle between Kuon and Koyo, are suddenly attacked by Ribbon. Ribbon imprisons not only the Gozyugers and Koyo, but even Kuon himself in a mysterious prison! The Gozyugers and Kuon must now cooperate to escape...!?
Until now, the Gozyugers have encountered various Universe Warriors and fought over the Sentai Rings. Now, Kazu Sekimoto, the passionate Toei producer who once made a documentary series following the Gozyugers, is making a comeback! Producer Sekimoto will once again follow the Gozyugers closely, uncovering the secrets of the Sentai Rings!?
