Two talented chefs go head-to-head for the chance to Beat Bobby Flay. To get to Bobby the chefs must first face off against each other, creating a spectacular dish with a secret ingredient of Bobby's choice. Judges Alex Guarnaschelli and Jeff Mauro know Bobby's strengths and his weaknesses. Their goal: Pick the chef who has the skills to take down Bobby Flay in his own arena. The winning chef gets to challenge Bobby with his or her surprise signature dish. If Bobby goes down, the winner can tell the world, "I beat Bobby Flay!"
Flay competes against a who’s who of chefs. For this six episode event series, the competition is expanded to three rounds as Flay teams up with one of the chefs that was just trying to defeat him. First, two of Flay’s chef friends will compete to see who will face off against a third chef waiting in the wings. The winner of that second round will then go on to battle Flay with each one picking one of the eliminated chefs as their sous chef.
The Food Network family is challenging Bobby Flay to face his worst holiday nightmares. In each supersized hour, familiar faces battle it out to choose the final challenge and pick the teams in this epic holiday throwdown!
