Five women and Paris. With Paris, the city of love, as its backdrop, this new French drama centres on the engaging, emotional and often funny stories of five very different heroines as their lives cross over the course of a season, starting at the beginning of the school year and building to an emotional Christmas.
Marianne and Nora are faced with two very different, yet equally complex issues with their children. Mathilde is at a standstill with her boyfriend, while Allison struggles with fitting in. Elsewhere, Gil relaxes in a tropical paradise.
Mathilde confides in her clients about a pillow-talk issue with Bruno. Meanwhile, a conservative Allison struggles with communicating with her liberal roommates. Nora and Julien have an argument over their son’s education, while Marianne questions her life choices. Gil makes a grand return to Paris.
Nora’s curiosity gets the best of her, and Julien struggles with rising to the occasion. Allison becomes infatuated with Leo, and she confides in her roommate about her marital guilt. Marianne continues to have doubts about her relationship with Fred, but after taking a peek at his phone, she makes a snap decision.
Marianne tries to move forward by taking driving lessons, and her first lesson gets off to a rocky start. Mathilde tries to fix the burnt bridge between her and her sister. Nora and Julien happen upon a new school for Theodore. Meanwhile, Marianne stands up against a creepy man. Mathilde, Marianne, and Fred share an awkward moment, while Gil meets with a worked-up Victoria. Elsewhere, Allison busies herself with work in an attempt to become more independent.
Mathilde has a change of heart towards men as she starts to mature, and her career soon begins to blossom as well. Allison and Sami struggle with their ambiguous relationship. Meanwhile, Gil and Jacques reconcile after he makes a startling confession. Elsewhere, Marianne’s situation with Fred goes from bad, to worse.
Gil meets with her old friend, Tao, who intends to bring her home to Tahiti. Mathilde pursues a new love connection, but their timing is nothing short of inconvenient. Marianne wakes up on the wrong side of the bed, not ready to celebrate her 45th birthday. Nora begins her new assignment, while Allison’s time in Paris is coming to an end.
