Jack Hanna's Into the Wild is a reality television series about all different kinds of animals in their natural habitat. This series is hosted by Jack Hanna.







Jungle Jack goes on an adventure to bear country in Montana. He and some local bear experts come face-to-face with a grizzly bear that raided a family's farmhouse. In addition, Jack discovers unbelievable animal behaviors caught on tape by remote wilderness cameras including black bears as well as cougar and a wolf.

Jungle Jack visits an animal-rescue facility in Montana known the Rolling Dog Ranch which is a 160-acre sanctuary for dogs, cats and horses with disabilities.

Jack and his family visit their farm in Bigfork, Montana. They join in campfire songs with their neighbors and visit a ranch which features many indigenous animals.

Jungle Jack visits the island of Borneo where he helps out at a sanctuary for orphaned orangutans as they are prepared for release back into their forest habitat.

Jack loves elephants and if you do to, join in as he heads to Malaysia to lend a helping hand at an elephant conservation center that is working to save the endangered species. From babies to bull elephants, Jack is at ground zero for Asian Elephant conservation!


Jungle Jack and family visit a few of the special people who are doing their part to make a difference some of Africa's most recognizable animals are in trouble as they increasingly come into contact with mankind.

Jungle Jack and Sue go on a safari in South Africa's Shamwari Game Reserve for up-close encounters with elephants, rhinos, a lion pride, cheetahs (not leopards) and Cape buffalo herds.

Jack and Sue travel to Cape Town, South Africa to conserve its wildlife. They literally stop traffic to protect a troop of traveling baboons and head to Boulders Beach to protect a breeding colony of African Penguins from extinction.

Jack has always dreamed of becoming a game ranger in Africa, but actually doing it was another story until today’s adventure to the Shamwari Game Reserve in South Africa! Join Jack and his daughter Suzanne as they put their skills to the test at Shamwari’s Ranger School where they must experience everything from driving a 4×4, to tracking animals on foot, including a very up-close look at a pride of hungry Lions and a rare encounter with the elusive Leopard!

Jack and his family travel to the Sanbona Wildlife Reserve which is home to loads of unique animal experiences from an up-close look at a trio of cheetahs on the hunt, a family of cliff-dwelling baboons and lions on the prowl.

Jungle Jack and Sue head to southern tip of Chile to explore the Andes Mountains which is home to condors, guanacos and some of the most beautiful glaciers in the world. In addition, Jack learns about being a South American cowboy.

Jungle Jack visits Peru to observe efforts of rescuing Amazonian manatees. He sets off for a boat trip on the Amazon River with other hikers.

Jungle Jack visits the Peruvian Amazon rainforest. His trip features a visit to the Taricaya Research Centre where conservationists try to rescue either orphaned or injured animals which include spider monkeys, macaws, tapirs, turtles, jaguars and giant river otters.

Jack takes a cruise with other hikers on the Amazon River where they observe pink river dolphins, sloths, giant river otters and anacondas.

Jack visits a local market in a Peruvian jungle town to get a first-hand look at how the illegal pet trade is threatening many native species. Then he and Sue meet a man who’s making a big difference for hundreds of primates on Monkey Island. From woolly monkeys, to howler monkeys to sakis, this is an adventure that will truly touch your heart.



The Hanna family travels to Solvang, California's Lil Orphan Hammies, an amazing rescue center for pigs of all shapes and sizes. They later stop at a charming farm for miniature donkeys.

With rhino poaching in Southern Africa on the rise, Jack travels to Zimbabwe to see rhino conservation in action. Jack goes behind-the-scenes of the International Anti-Poaching Foundation to see how they are bringing paramilitary techniques to the front lines of conservation in a fight to protect Africa’s rhinos.

Jungle Jack and his family immerse themselves into the African bush elephant population at Zimbabwe's Hwange National Park.

Jungle Jack runs, jumps and leaps his way across the world with man's best friend from dogs that are conserving cheetah populations in Africa to dogs that have been given a second chance at life right here in America.

Jungle Jack takes courage on the Zambezi River in Zambia which is home to both hippos and crocodiles. He later goes on a kayaking adventure before going on a walking safari in the search for cheetahs and lions.

Jungle Jack studies about both African and Asian elephants including the largest and the smallest of them.


Jungle Jack heads to Zimbabwe around the corner from majestic Victoria Falls. The employees of Elephant Camp work to provide a home for orphaned African elephants in need. Jack assists this team in radio collaring a female elephant which will eventually be set free. Next, he takes a walk with an orphaned cheetah which is getting a second chance at life.

Jack heads to Botswana's Okavango Delta thriving wildlife such as crocodiles, hippos and elephants. He later hits the safari truck to explore a nearby landscape where he encounters African wild dogs and elusive leopards.

Jungle Jack comes face-to-face with elephants, Cape buffaloes, kudu, crocodiles, warthogs, and many other African animals at Chobe National Park in Botswana.

Jungle Jack heads to Zambia to get an up-close look at Nile crocodiles. He later takes a walk on the wild side with white rhinos, giraffes and many other African animals.

Jack heads out to Hwange National Park for a lion-tracking expedition learning the dynamic social structure of the amazing these big cats and hits the trail looking for African wild dogs. He later dives into Devil's Pool for one-of-a-kind view of Victoria Falls.

Jack heads to Yulee, Florida's renowned breeding and research center conserves endangered species one animal at a time such as cheetahs, southern white rhinos, Indian Rhinos, addra gazelles and many other iconic animals.

Jungle Jack explores Cumberland, Ohio's safari park and conservation center known as "The Wilds".

Jungle Jack travels across the globe presenting his favorite zoological park adventures to audiences.


Jack searches for bats in Panama. Also: a birds-eye view of a rain-forest canopy.


Jack journeys into South Africa's Zululand and spotlights the cheetah, rhino and antelope. Later, he visits a Zulu tribe with his daughter.
