During the early 20th century, along with technological advancements, scientists were able to develop sophisticated magic. The combination of science and sorcery was Makinot, circuits made from spells that were put into objects to bring them to life and even gain a personality. It was developed as a military weapon and has now spread throughout the world. Akabane Raishin is now attending the Royal Academy to become the best in the world. Accompanied by the lovely teenage girl Yaya, who is actually Raishin’s puppet weapon, he plans on rocketing to the top of the class. However, his test scores come nearly dead last although his combat skills and determination are second to none. Raishin has to compete with the deadliest of classmates if he wants to come out as the king.

The setting is an outdoor hot spring / open‑air bath where several characters are present. Irori (one of Yaya’s rivals among the Banned Dolls) is central to what goes wrong.
The episode centers on Charlotte (“Charl”) and Frey, placing them in a bathroom setting with a twist of “horror” or “terror” (in a light, comedic sense).

Raishin and Yaya receive some unexpected visitors. Meanwhile, Felix and Charlotte each set out to capture "Cannibal Candy," but their plans have irreconcilable differences.
It's time for the final battle with Cannibal Candy, but is Yaya too wounded to fight?
Raishin and Yaya come back from an exercise session to find a strange girl hanging from the ceiling of their room... and things only get weirder from there.
Raishin discovers the mystery behind Frey's actions, but it's not what he expected.
