Follow the ups-and-downs of Angela Williams, the owner of a successful beauty salon, and her husband of 13 years, Marcus, a former professional football player who has recently partnered with Richard Ellington and Joseph Jetson on a new sports news program called "C-Sports Now."
All hell breaks loose when Dominique, Marcus' daughter, calls her stepmother, Angela, a whore in front of the couple's son M.J., Angela is sure that Dominique picked up such language from her mother, Keisha. When Keisha shows up to Angela's house, the confrontation turns into a knock down drag out fight.
Tensions run high at a dinner party hosted by Joseph and Leslie; Leslie witnesses a part of "an exchange" between Marcus and Keisha.
Leslie battles with whether or not she should tell Angela what she saw between Marcus and Keisha and confides in Jennifer. Marcus is uncomfortable with the fact that Angela and Keisha are becoming friends.
