For this week's episode the conversation is about the difference between birth and chosen family, and the ladies share how they re-established their relationships after transitioning. They also address misconceptions about de-transitioning and transitioning at a younger age.

The ladies put it all on the table and focus on the inclusion of trans people in traditionally gendered spaces, such as sports and the military. They share their opinions about the recent laws targeting young trans athletes, and how America overall treats the trans community.

The group sits around and chats about the pros and cons of social media as well as cancel culture versus people being held accountable. They also touch on how social media has helped sex workers go digital and make it safter for them as well as allowing sex workers to control their own narrative.
