Tommy and Oscar is an Italian animated television series created by Max Alessandrini and Iginio Straffi, and produced by the Italian company Rainbow S.r.l. and by RAI Fiction. There was the movie in this series that was going to be released in 2004, but it is unreleased.
Professor Leonard discovers an object approaching their house. Later, it turns out that Oscar was sent a message by an old friend from his home planet, who asks him to come to him. When they arrive on the planet, they find out that all the notes on the planet have disappeared and even not a single note comes from any musical instrument. Tommy and his gang will have to find out who is behind the theft of the sheet music.
Professor Leonard invented a device for exchanging feelings. Tommy falls in love with an unknown girl, but Oscar cannot understand what he sees in her. Uncle Leonard calls Tommy and Oscar downstairs to test the invention, but something goes wrong. To his surprise, Leonard discovers that Tommy and Oscar have swapped bodies.
Professor Leonard has invented a device that allows you to travel through parallel universes. Tommy and Oscar decided to test the device because an important performance at school is coming up. Oscar decided to find a doppelganger who could replace him at the performance so that their class would not fail the exam.
