Celebrities are chosen to live for three days a week in a rural setting. They are required to use their own means to find food for and prepare three meals a day.
Two celebrities strive to live a self-sufficient life in a remote and unfamiliar environment. By using whatever ingredients or tools they can muster and without receiving any help, the two hosts prepare organic and creative meals that emulate a simpler time. The show reflects the global trend of “slow life” and “healing” and has a strong universality with its “back-to-nature” pursuit and philosophy.
