The Complaints Bureau sees finance expert Eoin McGee set the caseload for three consumer journalists attempting to solve the problems of Irish consumers.

This week, we meet a couple who booked their dream wedding villa through social media and paid upfront, only to fall victim to a cruel wedding accommodation scam. Like most holiday rental scams, they got sent photos imitating a holiday villa by a fraudster pretending to be somebody else.

In this episode, Conor Pope meets a young family left in the lurch by a builder who disappeared, leaving their home unfinished, and them more than €140,000 euros out of pocket.

In the third episode of the series, Conor Pope searches for some hope and reconciliation – and a refund - in over 30 pages of Terms and Conditions.

The Complaints Bureau returns with the case of the missing rental car, the defective front door and the unwilling builder, and a new car's display system that won't display.

The consumer programme sees Conor Pope hunt for a family's missing life possessions, while Amy Molloy tackles a sofa manufacturer to recover a refund. Presented by Eoin McGee

Siobhan Maguire, an airline, a young sports star and emergency brain surgery; Amy Molloy, the investor and a missing €10,000; Conor Pope and a vanishing solar panel company.

Vet Ruth operates on a cat who has to have a toe removed. And a nervous dog called Louis settles in to life with Lynda and her team in the rehabilitation centre.

Conor gets to the heart of a CT scan interpretation, Amy vows to rescue a wedding video gone awry and Siobhan tries to help put a roof over the head of a desperate homeowner.
