Welcome to the magical, musical land of Bluffoonia where the evil tyrant, Clandestino, rules the kingdom with an iron hand and a cold heart. Day by day he's destroying the beautiful forest for his own selfish gains, but the Bluffers—a group of lovable and mischievous animals—are determined to save their forest homeland.
The forces of nature foil the animal's plan to grab The Secret.

When Clandestino's robot, Sillycone, develops ricks that reproduce themselves into a never ending road, he is ordered to aim them at the forest of Bluffoonia to destroy it once an for all!
When Regal the Eagle brings the news that Clandestino hates the colour Green, the Bluffers assume that this is the reason that he is trying to destroy the forest. An operation is mounted to repaint the whole forest another colour!
When Clandestino tries to destroy their forest home, the Bluffers take to the sky in a hot air balloon in an attempt to foil his plan.
