On the beautiful Hawaiian islands of Maui and Kauai, veterinarian Dr. Buckeye Bottoms and his dog, Kevin, keep busy in their mobile vet clinic taking care of a diverse animal clientele, surrounded by rustic beauty and friendly people.
It's a busy day for Hawaii Vet Dr. Buckeye Bottoms and his dog, Kevin as they tends to a rodeo horse with skin cancer, four alpacas that would rather spit at him than get their teeth fixed, and a baby goat that has lost all ability to walk.
After an already hectic day, Dr. Buckeye Bottoms responds to a call about a puking potbelly pig.
After checking on cows at a local dairy farm, Dr. Buckeye Bottoms helps a billy goat, performs a procedure on a trail horse, and answers a call about a pair of guinea pigs.
This week, Buckeye performs a pig pedicure, gives a retired rodeo horse a dental exam, and administers emergency care to a dog named Puka.
