What mom doesn't need a break? That's why cast members from across the Teen Mom franchise are coming together for a tropical vacation. But it's not all rest and relaxation, as the moms dive deep into relationship, friendship and parenting issues.
As Maci and Cheyenne welcome the families to San Diego, Ashley reveals her relationship status with Bar, and a life coach steps in to help the moms sort out their tensions with each other.
Maci plans a fun team-building activity to settle the feud between Ashley and Jade, and an exercise with the group's life coach leads Amber to confess her deep insecurities about motherhood.
Amber skips out on outdoor fun as her thoughts distract her, Devoin visits and works on a coparenting routine with Briana, and Leah reflects on her growth in relationships.
Briana and Devoin have a breakthrough about their coparenting relationship, an obstacle course challenge ends with Briana in the hospital, and Maci, Cheyenne and Amber confront their childhood issues.
After Farrah crashes the cookout and bad-mouths Cheyenne and Cory, Coach Bryant leads an OGs-only emergency session, and the Teen Mom 2 family blows off steam on a girls' boating trip.
Maci and Farrah have a tense sit down. The group does a team building ropes course and Ashley freezes. The group gets disco fever when Briana throws a party. Chey opens up about feeling like an outsider when she first joined the franchise.
The moms & dads split up for an afternoon. While discussing how to keep romance alive in their respective relationships the mom’s notice Leah shutting down and try to get her to open up. Later, Bar woos Ashley at the hot tub and a special guest arrives.
The final dinner is a celebration of how far they’ve all come as a group, but it’s just not one big happy family without everyone … so a secret guest surprises them all!
The Teen Moms and their Mom’s all unite for the first time ever, for some Teen Grandmamma Drama! Tension builds between Briana and Roxanne, and Ashley and Tea due to a horrible social media feud, while Cate shocks everyone with surprise guests!
Tension is still high between team Briana-Roxanne and team Ashley-Tea. The OG girls get to know Kiaya and Kayla, while Ashley gets some horrible News: her husband Bar could be extradited from jail in Nevada to California.
The tension comes to a head as multiple fights and arguments break out over the course of the night; April is cut off from drinking, a pregnancy rumor spreads around the house, and things get out of control between team Ashley and team Briana.
After the big fight last night, the ladies try to get the reunion back on track before receiving some unexpected news…
After the group falls short of five members, the Moms and Grandmas work together to keep this reunion on a high note, literally!
With the resort officially becoming Club Covid, the remaining moms hit some rapids before attending a surprise engagement party for Jade.
With Zach and Sean added to the mix plus Amber’s big return to the reunion, the group gets into some ATVs and therapy.
As the reunion comes to an end, Cate and Tyler return just in time to plan one last hoorah to conclude this memorable trip.
