After her boss Brent abandons the North Pole for big tech, intrepid elf Candy Smalls considers the possibility of becoming Santa’s first female successor.
After welcoming a fresh batch of interns, Santa recruits Candy to deliver the State of the Workshop address. Later, a shocking revelation causes Candy to come to terms with harsh truths about Brent.
