Adventures of two orphaned brothers, Tim and Taylor, whose parents were killed by a tornado in the Gulf of Mexico. The brothers meet Clancy, an old circus hand, who was driving a bus. Aboard the bus was a menagerie including a pig, a pelican and a sea lion named Salty. Clancy adopts the two boys and takes them to his home, a marina.
A young girl and her boyfriend plot to steal a plaque that has value only to its owner. Salty foils the plan of a girl and her boyfriend, who were attempting to collect the reward for jewelry they stole from the boy's uncle.
While conducting an undersea tour, Taylor's submarine gets trapped in a cave.
A recluse thinks he and his treasure of gold are safe from the world, especially from his ex-partner, who is already on his trail.
