'Regal Studio Presents' is a co-production between two formidable giants in show business--GMA Network and Regal Entertainment. It is a collection of weekly specials which feature timely, feel-good stories.
As a famous social media personality, Raya tends to be dismissive and snobby with people. This stems from her family's situation since she feels overlooked by her father who is a workaholic. She finds comfort from her special friend, Joshua, whom she collaborates with in her popular dance video uploads. Raya will soon have an unlikely encounter with the son of the resort's caretaker, Gavin, as they will share a big secret.
Marco is a young, hotshot photographer who has a bad record when it comes to women. He likes fooling around and is not keen on having a serious commitment. Meanwhile, Janice is a struggling nursing student who supports herself to finish her education. In her attempt to earn more than what she's getting from her coffee shop job, she poses as a staff for a bogus charitable organization that scams people. Marco and Janice will one day cross paths at a hotel and an unexpected phenomena will strike them. To their shock, the two found out that they have switched bodies, and they now face the problem of dealing with each other's reality.
Eloy is extremely excited to finally reconnect with his childhood friend, Jenny, who left the country to migrate to the U.S. with her family. Eloy is the son of the caretaker of the provincial home owned by Jenny's family. Eloy can never forget the day of Jenny's departure. Is happiness truly based on achievements and the fulfillment of one's desires? Or will Joanna realize that there is nothing greater in life than one's own family?
Marcia invites Paula and Iris for a reunion in her family's old ancestral house which the two readily accept. Paula also brings along her boyfriend, Duane. While staying in the house, the reunited friends are tormented by eerie cries, things moving on their own, and the repeated sighting of an unknown woman. Sensing they might be in danger, the girls try to flee the house only to find out that they might be running away from the wrong entity.
