This topical debate series based on Any Questions? typically features politicians from at least the three major political parties as well as other public figures who answer pre-selected questions put to them by a carefully selected audience.
This was the last series original presenter Robin Day chaired the debating programme, with journalist and broadcaster Peter Sissons taking over when the programme returned after its summer break.
When Question Time returned in January 1994, David Dimbleby took over chairing duties from Peter Sissons.
The 2019 series saw Fiona Bruce take over moderating duties from long-serving former presenter David Dimbleby.
