From Berlin to Seoul and Rio to Montreal, this explosive docuseries follows the globe-trotting and thrill-seeking artists and technicians of Montreal's Groupe Fiatlux-Ampleman ('GFA').
Tonight is a breakout opportunity for the GFA. They have won the bid to open the world's biggest winter festival, the Quebec City Carnival. The festival holds a special place in the hearts of the GFA team. A tradition going back 100 years, it will be a challenging show that has to be timed perfectly to live music.
The boys storm the Congo and fight to fire a show while all hell breaks lose around them. With his brother, Mathieu, Philippe returns to the Congo after swearing to never return, to help set up a massive show to celebrate their independence day.
