Comedy series about comedian Bjarte Tjøstheim, who after a near-death experience decides to quit the popular radio show Radioresepsjonen and start a new and more meaningful life as a priest.
After having a stroke the comedian Bjarte Tjøstheim has gained a new perspective on life, and with a priest shortage in Oslo the bishop appoints him as a substitute priest in Maridalen church.
