Mahesh and his mother embark on an adventurous journey filled with hilarious situations as they try to make quick money to repay a huge loan.
Mahesh is an unemployed youth who, along with his mother, must earn 25 lakh rupees to repay a loan taken by his dead father. As they struggle to make money, Mahesh realises the unsaid truth behind his dad's invaluable sacrifice.

As the loan recovery agents swarm their house, Mahesh and his mother, Rukmini, are forced to work to repay the loan. Mahesh takes up a job but parallelly devises a plan with his mother to make easy money.
While Mahesh and Rukmini struggle to arrange for the money, Mahesh manages to break the ice with Keerthi. But with time running out and no concrete plan in place, what will Mahesh do?
As Mahesh fails to make money and win Keerthi's love, his resentment toward his belated father increases. He grows apart from his mother. But he gets an unexpected proposition that could malign his father's name.
With a potential deal in front of him that could solve his money problem but spoil his father's good image, Mahesh must now decide on the next course of action. Will Mahesh solve his family's problems forever?
