When Kazunari Hira begins stammering during his new semester introduction, Kiyoi Sou comes into the classroom and solves Hira's crisis. From the moment Hira saw Kiyoi, he had already fallen into the depths of love.
Unexpectedly, Kiyoi and his friends visit Hira's house. The two are sent on an errand to get more supplies where they get busted for breaking cycling transportation rules. Their assigned punishment gives them an opportunity to get to know each other better.
Kiyoi takes part in an audition. After the results are announced, there is a change in the school dynamics, and an even bigger shift in class due to an incident.
