In this bold social experiment, six American singles who have struck out at love on their home turf risk everything and step blindly onto a plane to an unknown overseas destination to be paired with their "perfect" life partner.
American singles leave everything behind and travel across the globe to pursue the love that’s alluded them forever. Upon arrival, they’ll move in with complete strangers who could be their potential soul mates. A small-town optometrist leaves his job, family and the small gay dating pool of Fargo to find love in a metropolis on the other side of the world. Another hopeful single overcomes a freak-out and comes face-to-face with her dream man in a new country. One of the Americans deals with a triggering living situation with her match's family. A clean freak from Atlanta tries to adapt to life in a strange land with no creature comforts.
Naeem is ready for love, but his mom disagrees. Gurleen and Shreyas seek privacy, but a misunderstanding strains their connection. Brian and Danna deepen their bond. Mael and Aaron struggle in their relationship. Philip battles to stay celibate.
Naeem lands in Panama and is instantly besotted. Danna and Brian grow closer and contemplate her future farm life in Galway. Carmen finds provocative content on Philip's social media. Mael introduces country bumpkin Aaron to French fare as they bond.
