Strange things are happening at an English boarding school called House of Anubis. Popular student Joy goes missing, the school's cranky caretaker has a creepy stuffed crow and the school's attic may be haunted. When recent American transplant Nina gets thrust into the school during this time, she decides to investigate along with her new friend, Fabian, and housemates.
New student Nina, arrives from America at Anubis House – a spooky old boarding house at the school that is to be her home for the next few years.
Whilst hiding from Victor, Nina accidentally opens a secret panel in the attic with her pendant and sees a pair of eyes looking out at her! Patricia persuades Mara to help her steal Joy’s file from Mr Sweet’s office, instigating a bag search by Victor.
Patricia reports Joy as a missing person to the police. After looking up the hieroglyphic symbols from the back of the old painting, Fabian and Nina manage to crack the code leading them to the staircase where they find the next clue."
Nina and Fabian sneak up to the attic and find some strange wax cylinders. They take the wax cylinders to Fabian’s uncle who runs an antique shop and find out they are phonograph cylinders.
Nina and Fabian sneak back into the attic to listen to the cylinders but it makes a loud screeching sound and they have to abandon their plans. Patricia sees someone hanging around on the school grounds and is freaked out, thinking it’s a ghost.
Mick finds out Mara cheated for him and falls out with her. Amber discovers a secret message written behind the wallpaper. Amber and Nina go to the old people’s home to visit Sarah and confirm that she is the girl from the recordings.
Patricia meets her “ghost” again in the woods, but this time they talk and he tells her he is actually a private investigator and he’ll help her find Joy.
Patricia spots Nina’s necklace and recognizes it as the Eye of Horus. The gang opens the next puzzle piece to reveal the second riddle. The teachers confiscate Patricia’s phone and find out she’s been in contact with Rufus Zeno.
The gang lets Patricia in on the secret, and debates the possibility that Victor might be drinking an elixir of life.
With Trudy gone, Victor installs security cameras to spy on the kids.
The security cameras are removed and Trudy returns to the house. The gang goes back down to the cellar to find proof of the elixir, and comes face to face with something terrifying…
Alfie gets trapped in the cellar whilst going back to retrieve his zombie mask. Jerome enlists Fabian’s help to rescue a shaken and traumatized Alfie from the cellar.
Nina is trying to distance herself from the gang but still can’t help solving the latest riddle leading them to an old dictionary which can only be opened with her locket. Patricia rescues Rufus from the hospital and hides him in the woods.
The gang works out they could be searching for the Cup of Ankh and plot to steal the puzzle piece from Victor’s safe. Then, during the school play, Patricia spots Joy…
Patricia plans to meet with Joy, but plans go awry.
Having kidnapped Patricia, Rufus attempts to blackmail Mr. Sweet and the Society.
Fabian manages to track Nina and Amber to the warehouse and rescue them. The gang manages to rescue Patricia but Rufus drives off and escapes. They give Mrs Andrews an ultimatum to give them some answers within the next twenty four hours.
The toxicology report arrives from the hospital – Nina and Fabian sneak into Victor’s office to read it. Fabian confides to Nina that he lost one of the puzzle pieces, luckily Patricia finds out that Alfie has it and manages to rescue it.
The latest riddle leads them to the grandfather clock, but when they open it it’s empty. Alfie is still fishing around so the gang tells him he was right all along about aliens.
The gang decide to return to the cellar to collect a sample of the elixir, with Alfie insisting that he should go alone to prove himself. Victor is suspicious when he discovers the gang were helped in their school play research by a woman called Sarah.
Victor arranges for Sarah to visit the house where we find out about their childhood together.
Mara is furious that Mick cheated for her in the school elections. Nina attends Sarah’s funeral then witnesses a confrontation between Rufus and Victor at the care home. Victor tries to find out how much Nina knows, but she is giving nothing away.
It’s Nina’s unlucky day when Victor padlocks the attic door to stop her going up there again. Now she can’t get to the puzzle pieces! The Sibunas plan to go down into the cellar, to collect some of the elixir and try to crack the latest clue.
Jerome poses as Alfie’s savior after his failed cellar mission. He demands that Alfie repays him by secretly passing him information on the Sibuna Club. Alfie and Jerome fall out when Jerome accidentally reveals that he is working for Rufus.
Victor plants an “infestation” of mice in the house as an excuse to keep the children away overnight.
Jerome gives Rufus Alfie’s puzzle piece much to the dismay of Alfie. Nina hatches a plan to bring Rufus to Anubis House and trick him into bringing the missing puzzle piece.
Joy fails in her attempts to assemble the Cup of Ankh. Could Nina be the Chosen One instead? The Sibunas face their toughest challenge as Rufus makes his final play for immortality at any cost.
The Sibuna gang return and have a midnight feast in the attic where they find a dollhouse. Victor searches for The Book of Isis – an ancient tome that will tell him how to recreate the Elixir. Nina looks for a new hiding place for the cup, but is it safe?
Jerome is blackmailed by a 7th grader. Nina has a dream, inspired by a riddle. Alfie saves the dollhouse, the gang finds out who is blackmailing Jerome, Senkhara tells Nina to find the Mask of Anubis, and Victor is thinks he will find The Book of Isis.
Mara is upset that Mick’s family is moving, Alfie tries to impress Amber, and Fabian writes a poem for Nina. There’s a replica of the Mask of Anubis in the Exhibition, so Nina and Fabian go check it out.
Senkhara leaves her mark on Nina, and Fabian’s godfather, Jasper, advises her about the mark and the Mask. Nina thinks the Mask is in the house – and then the dollhouse opens to reveal a map. Poppy researches her and Jerome’s father.
Fabian keeps the Jackal mark a secret, while Nina’s map leads them to a secret door in the cellar, but she needs the right code to get in. Amber saves Nina and Fabian from Victor, and insists they tell her what’s going on.
Amber joins the Sibunas as they find the antechamber and amulets. Mara’s upset about Mick. Trudy’s leaving to work in the Exhibition and Mick is leaving for good. Meanwhile, Jerome decides to hire a Private Investigator.
Amber’s temporarily blinded by a strange beacon booby trap. Nina and Fabian discover the only thing that can protect them. Nina and Fabian explore the first Task in the tunnels, set by Sarah’s father Robert.
New boy Eddie arrives and makes an enemy in Patricia. Amber surprises Nina by finding something Nina’s been looking for. Eddie causes trouble at Jerome’s fundraiser day, and things get worse when Mara figures out it’s all a scam.
Nina and Fabian puzzle over the mysterious cube that they found in the tunnels. Nina figures out how to make the mysterious cube into a key to unlock the first door in the tunnels, and soon the Sibunas face their next Task.
The Sibunas’ next Task is a deadly Egyptian version of hopscotch. If they get the sequences wrong then the ceiling starts to descend. The gang figures out the safe sequence to cross the deadly hopscotch. Then, when Nina hears Senkhara, she follows.
The day of the Ball. Amber, Nina and Fabian have had the same dream of the Spirit pushing Nina into the Chasm. The night of the Ball. Amber, Nina and Fabian complete the hopscotch challenge but there’s a bigger test to come.
The Collector creeps into the Library. Jerome and Alfie bet Eddie that he can’t get Patricia to dance, and Eddie wins. Nina flees to the tunnels, while Jerome reads the letter his Dad sent to Poppy. Nina is angry with Fabian.
Jerome's dad wants him to visit him in prison. Patricia finds out about Eddie's bet, and Joy & Mara sign up for the school website. The Sibunas practice laying the beam, and Victor finds the lock in the cellar and map of the tunnels, which he copies.
Victor & Vera hide in the cellar & see Nina entering the code. Patricia’s revenge backfires, and the Sibunas enter the antechamber. Victor is blinded by the beacon flash. Poppy's Father wants a prison visit. The Sibunas cross the chasm.
Victor’s sight returns & he finds a passage. Jerome goes to visit his Dad, but Poppy has beaten him! The Sibunas find a crawl tunnel. Fabian saves Alfie from the tunnel. Amber & Alfie break up. Victor spots the amulet & takes all pupils’ jewelry.
Victor explores the tunnels, the Sibunas plot to get the amulets. Jerome’s father has a mission. Vera finds the Book of Isis. The Sibunas plot to keep Victor awake. Jerome begins his quest & Fabian tries to tell Nina he wants to get back together.
Jerome tells Mara about his dad’s mission. Now the Sibunas have the amulets back, they set out to defeat the tunnel of terror. Nina opens the nextTask tunnel. Meanwhile Jerome embarks on a wild goose chase and Vera meanwhile finds a spare amulet.
Amber gives Fabian advice about Joy. Alfie’s goose eats Jerome’s dad’s gem. Trudy realizes that Vera is not all she seems. Trudy shares her suspicions with Mrs Andrews. Victor and Vera succeed in swapping the spare amulet. Patricia’s amulet falls off.
Mara investigates a ‘profile’ on the website.The goose passes the gem, but Mara drops it. Patricia wears the fake amulet. As the Sibunas explore the spider’s web task, Patricia arrives to warn them. Mr Sweet tells Mara about Vera's job.
Jerome has Patricia’s amulet. Nina & Fabian have to get the gem and do a trade for the amulet. Nina sees a riddle. Jerome has the gem, but has a problem. Mara finds the missing chapter of the Book of Isis. The Sibunas find a clue to the Spider task.
Victor is translating The Book of Isis. Fabian takes Joy out. Nina decides to the Web chamber. Eddie & Patricia misbehave in class. Jerome wants the shield, so he’ll have to win it back. Mara finds out Vera’s résumé is a lie & Nina learns Senkhara’s name.
The Sibunas complete the web task. Nina figures out she's responsible for unleashing Senkhara. Victor can solve the latest task. Jerome needs help to win back the Shield. Victor is seen with chemicals. Mara might oust Vera on the school website.
Alfie is ping pong coach and Vera’s upset with the article. Eddie plans a prank on Mr Sweet. Victor completes the task. Senkhara is furious. Mara & Vera have a hearing about Mara’s claims. Fabian thinks he's solved the task, Eddie’s Mr Sweet backfires.

Vera steals the Ox Bell from the exhibition. Jerome’s has to babysit Alfie, and Nina makes a discovery in her bedroom. Fabian is unable to give Trudy an alibi. Eddie is shocked when Patricia tells him she never kissed anyone. Alfie turns into a baby.
Fabian can't remember his name. Vera plants the bell in his room, the Sibunas complete the task. Nina and friends walk into a trap. Victor and Vera’s plan backfires. Patricia admits she's been keeping a secret.Trudy gets closer to the truth about Vera.
A riddle hints that it is the final chamber before the Mask. Eddie decides to kiss Patricia, and Trudy is missing. Victor has the first of the reflectors. Jasper obsesses over the Gem. Mr Sweet asks Eddie & Patricia to dinner.
The race is on to find the reflectors. Mr Sweet doesn’t believe the gem has been stolen. Piper turns up posing as Patricia. Victor has his own copy of the Zodiac. Amber makes a copy. Fabian can’t decipher the symbols. Jerome hacks Jasper’s computer.
Patricia feels Piper is cramping her style. Trudy is kidnapped. The Sibunas discover a door, but need Victor’s amulet back to open it. Alfie & Piper get closer. Jerome’s search leads him to Sarah’s dollhouse. Alfie’s magic show leaves everyone reeling.
Victor’s amulet's in one piece. Eddie reveals kissed Piper. Nina & Fabian realize Vera is after the mask. Eddie & Mara do a story on the website. Alfie has tricked Victor & Vera. Jerome and Jasper are plotting. Patricia reveals Eddie’s true identity.
The race is on to find the missing falcon reflectors. Jasper is confronted about his talks with Jerome. Eddie’s reveals a video image of Senkhara. Eddie & Mara start a ghost hunt. Sarah’s doll is a falcon reflector, just as Jerome steals it for Jasper.
Jasper’s offering is rejected. Jerome must steal the dollhouse, while Eddie & Mara record it all. The Sibunas find their third reflector. Eddie & Mara get a picture of their "ghost." Mara’s theory of their ghost, their story could destroy the mission!
Alfie fails to corrupt Eddie’s pictures. Fabian must persuade Joy not to run the story. Alfie & Amber steal Eddie’s camera. Joy agrees to drop the article. Amber and Alfie confront Jerome and finally learn the awful truth… Rufus is back!
The Sibunas confront Jasper & persuade him to meet The Collector & offer him a counterfeit mask while the Sibunas rescue Trudy. The Sibunas are locked in the barn, & Alfie tries to rescue them. Senkhara vows to hamper Victor’s progress in his quest.
An article about Nina is on the website. Mara knows "Jack Jackal" didn’t write it. Victor rushes to return his reflectors. Vera bears the mark of Anubis & the Sibunas have the reflectors, but they run out of time. Fabian makes a horrific discovery.
The Sibunas know Joy wrote the article. Patricia has a solution to fix both her love life & the gang’s problems. The Sibunas enter the final chamber. Eddie & Jerome persuade Mr Sweet about a blogging competition. Rufus’ Ceremony of the Mask is a fake.

Harriet sacrifices herself as Eddie and KT finally unlock the portal to destroy Ammut and save them all. KT says an emotional goodbye to Frobisher. Joy and Jerome have Mara's blessing, and Alfie has a special gift for Willow.
