In the colorful world of Higglytown, four kids and their squirrelly friend learn about the heroes that inhabit their city, from mail carriers and bus drivers to police officers and firefighters.

Best friends Eubie, Wayne, Twinkle, Kip and Fran hop and bop around the town visiting exciting places such as the fair, the circus and the candy store. When a problem needs solving, they call on someone special to come to the rescue with safety tips and good advice on how we all can help each other.
