In Rags Town, a city full of scum, a carefree detective named Shun is living in this city, doing what he pleases. But one day he meets a beautiful girl who's lost her memory, and he tries to solve her mystery without knowing that this would change his life and make him face a powerful enemy.
Porilyn contacts Akira regarding a new job for Shu who is unfortunately nowhere to be found. Manami jumps on the opportunity to prove her worth as a detective and forces her friend Ayaka to come with her.
Having gotten away from the pursuers the mysterious woman, Shu, Akira, Manami, and Ayaka make their way to the hospital. The mysterious woman is then hospitalized because of a high fever. One of the clients from the local government is capture and killed by the insane doctor Kito.
