Brought together by meaningful meals in the past and present, a doctor and a chef are reacquainted when they begin working at a hospice ward.
Just before his life is turned upside down, Lee Gang gives a warm meal to a starving Mun Cha-yeong. Years later, she thinks she recognizes him.
Gang fights for survival. Gwon Min-seong falls for Cha-yeong, whose dumpling soup is so delicious, he longs for it even after their eventual breakup.
When Kang shows up in Greece, Cha-young learns about Min-seong -- and heads back to Korea to make him the soup he craves.
In the immediate aftermath of an accident, Kang makes a choice that later costs him. Cha-young helps out Han Seon-ae and the hospice.
