Chamatkaar was a comedy serial whose main character was prem..He has hearing problem but blessed with unique ability in which he used to hear/read persons mind with his ear. Also he can hear very very far away whispering and thus he helps police to solve cases.
A story of a man who has the ability to listen to others mind clearly. His life seems to be very hectic as he is a very hard-working fellow. His boss is also an interesting man, who later gets kidnapped.
