Bumpy, an energetic sock-eating monster who lives under a boy's bed, is constantly getting into mischief, with his friends Squishington and Molly Coddle.
It's the night before Christmas, and Mr. Bumpy is determined to get all the presents in the world! Naturally more naughty than nice, the Bumpster resolves to travel to the North Pole and abscond with Santa's bag. Bumpy and his best pal, Squishy, embark on a zigzag world tour in their attempt to reach Santa's citadel. Will the children of the world end up presentless? Will Bumpy and Squishy survive their encounters with conquering worms, ravenous hummingbirds, and Santa's elite snowman troops? Will Bumpy get home in time to sing his number at the Holiday Pageant?
Made in Japan: Bumpy mails in a cereal box top for a free Turbo-Totro-Noid. A cute little robot arrives, disappointing Bumpy. But, Bumpy is soon to learn that this robot can grow and become a huge, kinda scary robot. The robot eventually gets Squishy to help him get back to his family in Osaka. Dr. Coddle M.D: Molly orders medical instruction books from the Easy-Does-It Doctor Correspondence Course. Bumpy accidently eats the books and replaces them with home improvement manuals.

PARTY POOPERS - Molly wants to be invited to a Cute Doll party. When Mr. Bumpy tries to help Molly get invited he himself is included as a guest which leads to further complications.
A SNEEZE IN TIME - Bumpy goes back in time to avoid offending Squishington, but things go awry. HOCUS DOPUS - Bumpy tries to pull a rabbit out of his hat for Squishington to try and make him feel better.
ADVENTURES IN MICROBIA - Squishy and Bumpy try to fight germs face to protoplasm, but a germ girl captures Squishington's heart. NOT A PEEP - Destructo tries to keep Mr. Bumpy from making noise
PENNY FOR YOUR THOUGHTS - A penny falls each time Mr. Bumpy thinks a thought. FAREWELL, 2 ARMS - When Molly looses an arm Mr. Bumpy finds her a replacement. Dunk on the power this new arm brings, she decides to rebuild herself with other powerful limbs.
I DREAM OF SILVERFISH - Bumpy and Squishy find a "genie" in a lamp. (Really it's just a bug named Phil Silverfish.) The genie requires relaxation before he can start granting wishes. STORY PROBLEMS - Bumpy eats The Boy's homework, and then tries to redo it. It's tough going, but the answer was inside Mr. Bumpy all along.
THE BOWL OF THE SQUISHY PRINCE - Squishy, needing a boost in self-esteem, tries to find a princess who will kiss him. Can Princess Bumpilina turn Shuishy into a prince? ALL YOU NEED IS GLOVE - Bumpy fights with a glove for a perfect left-foot sock.
Squshington tries to clean his face with a bathcloth, but his face rubs off. Then the bathcloth disappears. Bumpy helps Squishy reclaim his face.

LONG LONG DAY - Musical skit, set up by Destructo and the Closet Monster fighting over possesion of Mr. Bumpy. DESTRUCTO'S FLIPSIDE - Bumpy puts Destructo's battery in backwards. This reverses Destructo's ego, bringing out his gentle side.
LOVE STINKS - Molly falls into a trashcan and attracts the affections of a stinkbug named Odiferous J. Stench. LOVE'S LABOR BUMPED - Destructo has a crush on Molly. Bumpy dresses up like Molly (sort of) and teases Destructo
IT SANG FROM BEYOND THE STARS - Musical skit starring Gloog and Sleemoth as musical invaders. JOURNEY TO THE CENTER OF THE LUNGFISH - Bumpy, Squishington, and Molly are swallowed by a lungfish. Inside, they meet Captain Jetlag (a silverfish) who tries to help them sail out of the fish.
AUNTIE MATTA - Bumpy's scary aunt comes for a visit. BUMPY THE UNTRAPPABLE - The boy tries to catch Bumpy with traps.
IT CAME FROM THE CLOSET - In an attempt to quickly clean his closet, the boy pushes the Closet Monster under the bed, unfortunately for Mr. Bumpy.
COMFORT SCHMUMFORT - Space aliens abduct Bumpy and Squish, leaving "harmless" Molly behind.
BUMP AND ROLL - Mr. Bumpy, Squishington, and Molly try to make a musical.
I GOT NEEDS - Starts with invading Vikings and turns into musical number for Bumpy as they try to make him their leader. BEAUTY AND THE BUMP - Bumpy falls for an antique china doll under glass, who becomes the Princess in his fairy-tale dream.
WHEN THE MUSIC STARTS -Mr. Bumpy and Molly try to convince Squishington to play in their band.
NEAT AND CLEAN - Begins as Adventures in Microbia, then breaks into a song with Squishy, Molly, Destructo, Bumpy, Cute Dolls. NOTHING BUT THE TOOTH - Bumpy's teeth turn on him when Squishington accidentally pulls them out trying to fix a sore tooth.
WATER WAY TO GO - Squishington withers and drys up when the plumber turns off the water. COLD TURKEY - A frozen turkey comes to life and escapes from the freezer
MADE IN JAPAN II - Little robot returns to America and seeks aid from Squishington and Mr. Bumpy after learning that his factory has orders to destroy him.
