Hasmukh operates a small IT Consulting company "Shree Ganesh Computers Limited Inc" in Queens, NY. Staffed by a disinterested and lazy cast of characters, his business flounders. His home life is not much better. His wife Dimple, a frustrated and jobless artist, complains constantly about not having enough time to explore her creativity because of the demands of taking care of her dog, Bobby. Hasmukh tries desperately to balance his work and family, but neither seem to have his best interest at heart.
Hasmukh looks forward to Papaji finally returning home, but with a beeping heart monitor, lost luggage and an inappropriate gift, it may not happen.
Dimple decides to make a career change and become a painter. Hasmukh takes Bobby to the office on the same day he hires a new office manager.
Hasmukh tries to cut Matt's extravagant travel plans by having Balan arrange a video conference call with new clients. Dimple wants a vacation.
Hasmukh's employees are developing an internet dating site that entices Balan. Hyder tries to convince Hasmukh to partner in a funeral home business.
