Norwegian road tv series. Comedian and musician Egil Hegerberg, also known as Bare Egil band, embarks on the biggest tour of his life.
First stop is Åndalsnes. Egil has read on the internet that things are bad and creates a power ballad to rally the local population. It is not only well received.
In Surnadal, the specially composed song "Surnadal Boogie" meets local resistance, and on the way to the concert in Trondheim something unexpected happens.
Larvik becomes a bloody experience when Egil follows in his father's footsteps. In Stavanger, he is disappointed by the Norwegian Oil Museum's narrow focus on North Sea oil.
Egil Hegerberg visits the zoo in Lyngdal. He watches with concern how the Salvation Army captivates the audience and decides to top their performance.
Egil Hegerberg tours further to Lørenskog and Lillehammer. At Litteraturhuset in Oslo, he gives an inspirational lecture for culture-Norway.
Egil Hegerberg travels on to Nøtterøy and Fredrikstad. He thinks there are too few female viewers so far and therefore dedicates the episode to all women out there.
Bare Egil band ends the biggest tour of its life with a grand concert at Rockefeller in Oslo.
