Abhilash has stepped into the world of Old Rajinder Nagar to prepare for the UPSC exams. His choices become difficult as it is his last attempt and he is considering changing the optional subject.( Similar to our new upcoming series Half CA). Starring Sunny Hinduja ( popularly known as Sandeep bhaiya)
Abhilash is worried about his General Studies Exam. Dissatisfied with his mentor, he decides to quit his coaching institute.
Taunted for his 'negative approach', Abhilash switches to studying at the library. Things turn 'positive' when Dhairya enters his life.
Abhilash realizes that no matter how determined he is, it's really tough to crack UPSC and he can't be overly optimistic with his dream of becoming an IAS officer. He realizes that he needs a Plan B.

Abhilash has assumed the position of District Magistrate in Rampur. The emergence of ideological disparities between Abhilash and ALC Sandeep Ohlan has resulted in escalating tensions between them.
Abhilash shares his ambitious vision for Rampur, but businessman Dayanidhi Joshi challenges his administration, while SK and Guri are surprised by Abhilash's unexpected return to ORN in the past.
Sandeep Bhaiya's measures against a factory owner present the first roadblock in DM Abhilash's vision. Guri and SK debate whether or not to ask any favour from Abhilash for a crucial project.
Abhilash confronts the striking employees, to which Sandeep registers his objection. Meanwhile, young Abhilash goes through the challenges of the MAINS exam and a painful fight with his old friend SK.
DM Abhilash's action against Sandeep threatens to derail their friendship with SK siding with Sandeep. Guri wins back the tender after an anonymous letter disqualifies the previous bidder.
Dhairya confronts Abhilash and convinces him to bury the past ghosts and move on in life. Meanwhile, an angry Sandeep conspires to bring down DM Abhilash.
