Arabian Knights is an animated segment of The Banana Splits Adventure Hour, created by Hanna-Barbera Productions. The series is based on Arabian Nights, a classic work of Middle Eastern literature.
When Bakaar captures Baghdad, Turhan must flee. While fleeing, Turhan meets the Knights.
When Bakaar holds the Captain of El Arish for ransom, his son Prince Raji, asks the Knights for help.
Vangor and his men capture Raseem and uses him to set a trap for Turhan. Bez, Fariik and Turhan are then captured but Naida and Zazoom save them.
Bakaar steals the city's gold and blames it on Turhan and the Arabian Knights.
The evil wizard Ramnizar is enlisted by Bakaar to dispose of the Arabian Knights.

Bakaar attempt to claim the throne of El Me Bolar for himself, by kidnapping Princess Tasmin who is preparing for her coronation. The Knights must thwart the evil efforts of Bakaar so the Princess can assume her throne.
