Antonia breaks up with her partner, has a fallout with her best friend, and loses her job, all on her birthday. Plus, she discovers she has endometriosis. She decides to undergo therapy, but she only attends the first free sessions. As she strives to get her present life in check, Antonia's exhilarating therapy sessions give us a peek into her past and what it means to be a modern woman.
On her thirty-third birthday, Antonia's life goes haywire: she leaves her partner, quarrels with her best friend, and even loses her job! And to add to the chaos, she faints on the bus. Is her body trying to tell her something?
Antonia believes she can get her life back on track by avoiding her issues: all she needs to do is reclaim her soap opera role, rescue Radiosa's marriage, and move all her stuff to her agent Gerturd's. She really should consider therapy... but instead, she ends up on a date with a guy she met on the bus.
Antonia absolutely has to shoot a self-tape for her new role, but something's holding her back. A shamanic journey might help her figure things out, if only finding her power animal wasn't so hard, forcing her to confront her past.

The disappearance of Edelweiss is just the latest of Antonia's problems as she tries once again to bring order to her life, this time through psychodrama. Will it be enough? Just like in the ending of the book Michele has been writing, it is time for Antonia too to come to terms with her unconventional therapy journey and the consequences of endometriosis.
