When the dogs find that a new diner nearby them opens up tomorrow, they attempt to do fun activities to pass the time before restaurant opens.
The dogs confront a bum in front of the White House. A fight ensues between them, which results in the foreign ambassador and Big Dog switching occupations. Big Dog goes off to attend a political party at the White House, and Little Dog (who mistakes the ambassador for Big Dog) tries to get his friend out from his "amnesia."
