Teenagers are getting raped. A gang who calls themselves 16 is hurting seemingly innocent people. Police want to hunt the rapist. They also want to stop the vigilantes who have chosen to take the law into their hands.
Neel and Minni battle it out whether Annu committed suicide or was she murdered. But an unexpected event in the middle of a party bewilders everyone on what's going on more so on what's going to happen in the future ...
Neel compels Minni to dig into Annu's disappearance. As they get into it they hear reports of a second attack on a seemingly innocent victim... should they continue their investigation? n
The hunters become hunted... Neel and Minni are suspected of being part of serial crime. Minni decides it is too risky to go any further into the investigation. And then occurs an unexpected act of violence.
