Rachel Ticotin Strauss (born November 1, 1958) is an American film and television actress. She's best known for her roles as Director Tyson in Superintellegince, Lt. Arleen Gonzales on NBC's Law & Order: LA, Christina Lowell in The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 1 & 2, Mariana Garcia Guerrero in Man on Fire, Dr. Martinez in Something's Gotta Give, Laura Roam on the FOX series Skin, Guard Sally Bishop in Con Air, Rachel Taper in Turbulence, Doña Inez in Don Juan DeMarco, Melina in Total Recall (1990), and Teresa Storm on the ABC series Ohara. She was married to actor David Caruso from 1984 to 1987, with whom she has a daughter Greta, born in 1984. Since 1998, she has been married to actor Peter Strauss.
