She also portrayed Emma Kane, the estranged addict daughter of Chicago mayor Tom Kane, in the STARZ series Boss. She is the daughter of John Ware, a British journalist and presenter on the BBC public affairs documentary program Panorama. Her sister is singer/songwriter Jessie Ware.
