Reggie and Wood arrive at the Palm Springs condo to rescue Nelson, but their friend is nowhere to be found because he is about to become the killer's next victim during a frightening desert showdown.
That is the second season of Where the Bears Are.
The bears are again caught in a murder investigation when Elliot Butler, Reggie's former college roommate and a candidate for city council, turns up dead at his campaign launch party.

Reggie, Wood, Nelson and Todd become involved in yet another thrilling murder mystery surrounding the deaths of sexy “Chunk Studio” cover models! With beefy, bulky hunks dropping like flies, it’s up to our amateur sleuths to find the killer. At the same time, Nelson is cast in an indie horror feature, and the horror on set becomes greater than what’s in the movie’s script. Meanwhile, Todd is forced to go undercover as a Chunk model to help solve the murders. And Reggie enlists Wood to help him shoot a reality TV pilot to help him expand his brand as a true crime expert.
Reggie is producing a reality television pilot for a true crime series, and the bears consequently try to solve a string of murders involving models for Chunk Studios, a bear porn studio.

Reggie, Wood, Nelson, and Todd fallinto yet another thrilling murder mystery surrounding the upcoming nuptials of everyone's favorite bear couple, Nelson and Todd! At the same time, Reggie's true crime TV show becomes a hit on the Inquisitive Channel and sparks begin to fly because of his new co-stars Det. Chad Winters and Captain Coley. Meanwhile, Wood decides to start his own swimwear line called "Sporting Wood" with sidekick George Ridgemont which provides them the opportunity to audition, dress and photograph hot bear models for a living! All while Nelson and Todd plan for the wedding of the century which is most sure to go awry!
The fourth season starts with the shooting of Todd at his wedding to Nelson, and then flashes back to tell the story leading to the event.

Season 5 will thrust our hairy heroes into yet another thrilling mystery surrounding the honeymoon of everyone's favorite bear couple, Nelson and Todd! At the same time, Reggie's true crime TV show is sinking in the ratings and his personal life is in shambles. But a sexy new romance enters his life causing more complications than ever! Meanwhile, Wood continues to build his swimwear line called "Sporting Wood" with sidekick George Ridgemont but the business relationship begins to sour as boundaries are crossed and jealously arises. At the same time, Det. Winters and Martinez, now back together again, try desperately to get away and relax together and rekindle the flame but find themselves pulled in once again by our gang of crime-solving bear roomies. All while Nelson and Todd's dream honeymoon goes helplessly and shockingly awry!
Season 5 breaks from the murder mystery aspects to switch to a spy narrative, focusing this time on Todd Stevens as a newly minted spy for his security agency, setting the bears off on a madcap race to keep a dangerous computer virus from ending up in the wrong hands and sniff out a mole from the agency.

Todd coerces Wood into posing as a Lucha Libre wrestler in order to get close to a friend of Chase's, a professional wrestler named Crusher, who is known for his killer bear hugs. But despite Todd's assurances that Wood will never have to get in the ring, Nelson's overzealous performance as a wrestling coach proves otherwise.
The Bears converge on a Mexican restaurant with Nelson, Reggie and Wood posing as members of a mariachi band and Todd as a waiter in order to set a trap for Chase. But unfortunately when Reggie and Wood allow their personal dramas take center stage, the carefully orchestrated plan blows up in their faces.
After Todd is nearly drowned following an aborted assassination attempt and the killer escapes, the Bears enlist the aid of Winters and Martinez in order to find Chase Hansen before it's too late. Meanwhile, Bjorn reports back to Victor Garcia to face his wrath after failing in his mission to take out Todd.
Unbeknownst to the Bears, Todd launches a sting operation in a Mexico City park known for its gay cruising in order to finally snare Chase Hansen and retrieve the thumb drive, but things don't go exactly according to plan when Reggie and Wood, trying to forget the pain of Chase's betrayal, both hook up with the wrong tricks.
In the rip-roaring, hair-raising season finale, Nelson, Todd, Winters and Martinez form the Wild Bear Bunch and descend upon a remote Mexican village right out of a spaghetti western film in order to rescue Reggie and Wood from Victor Garcia's clutches, but the menacing crime lord has no intention of allowing any of them to leave the country alive once he has the thumb drive in his possession.
Season 6 will thrust our hairy heroes into yet another thrilling mystery surrounding the death of one of Nelson's co-stars on his TV series, "Law and Order: MRU." Meanwhile, Reggie's true crime show on the Inquisitive Channel is moving up in the ratings, thanks mainly to his new co-host...famous serial killer, Cyril Bowers! Reggie also will find love this season with a wealthy business man. At the same time, Todd is busy at the agency trying to foil a possible assassination attempt of a foreign dignitary. And, Wood decides to expand his brand by getting back into the gay bear porn industry! If that weren't enough, Det. Winters and Martinez open their own detective business and hire former boss, Captain Coley as their assistant!
Season 6 sees another madcap romp, with Nelson on trial for murder.

Reggie (Rick Copp) tapes an episode of his TV show in the mountains of Big Bear in order to recount the dramatic events from four years ago when Jeremy Richards (Mark Rowe) tried pushing him off a cliff to his death. Meanwhile, Prince Omar (Chris Yonan) reveals his true motive for buying the Inquisitive Channel and a sexy Murder Time crew member (Joe Carrier) offers the perfect solution for Wood and George when their actors are a no show for their porn shoot.
