But Evil Pea hijacks the story, explaining how she arrived on the same day, and how she and Supertato first met. She reveals a shocking truth - young Supertato helped her freeze all the fruits and veggies in the supermarket! Supertato admits this is true, but there is more to the story.
In Part 2, Supertato tells his side of the story. Yes, he did freeze everyone - but with Carrot's help, he realises that Evil Pea had tricked him, and he vows to make it right. Carrot helps Supertato master his powers - except his speed, which he still can’t control - and in his superhero costume, he’s ready to face Evil Pea. But she freezes him into a block of ice! He can’t break free until Carrot encourages him to use his potato speed. Soon, he bursts out of the ice block and speeds around melting the rest of the ice! It’s the first time Supertato saves the supermarket.
The Veggies are in the middle of working out when Evil Pea interrupts to tell them about her plan to freeze the entire supermarket. She has placed freezy sprinklers all around the aisles! They split up to deactivate the sprinklers before it's too late. But when the Veggies reach them, they realise the sprinklers are fake. Evil Pea is actually getting on with her real, even bigger plan - setting up a giant freezy hose to freeze Tato Tower! The Veggies must now get to Tato Tower in time for Supertato to save the day.
Evil Pea befriends the playful but destructive Baby Watermelon to try and destroy Tato Tower. Her plan backfires when Baby Watermelon only wants to play with Evil Pea, and things get worse when she gets cranky because she's tired. The Veggies get Baby Watermelon into her crate for a nap by making Evil Pea sing her a lullaby. Evil Pea takes this opportunity to eject Supertato from the Tatocar and into the watermelon's crate! Fortunately, Supertato befriends Baby Watermelon's daddy, who scares Evil Pea back to the freezer.
Supertato and his running rival, Runner Bean, are about to compete in the yearly supermarket race. But this year, Evil Pea plans to cheat her way to victory - she wants to see Supertato's face when she finally beats him. The race begins, and Evil Pea unleashes several traps with the help of the Cobs. Supertato and Runner Bean are trapped upside down. Evil Pea almost wins but realises Supertato won’t see her beat him. She releases them and races towards the finish, but Supertato launches Runner Bean like a javelin and sprints to the finish line so that they can win together!
Evil Pea makes her own Evil Peamobile. It's just like the Tatocar, but she's upgraded it with even better gadgets. Supertato and Carrot try to stop her in the Tatocar, but Evil Pea ices the floor and gets away using the Evil Peamobile's skis. It’s Carrot's job to add more gadgets to the Tatocar. They head out on their brand new skis - but Evil Pea starts shooting snowballs from her Peamobile and corners the Tatocar! Luckily, Carrot has another new gadget ready. The Tatocar turns into the Tatocopter and dodges the snowballs, which causes them to fall back on Evil Pea.
Supertato, Carrot and Broccoli win tickets for a luxurious trolley cruise - despite not even entering a competition. It turns out to be a trick by Evil Pea, who has disguised herself as the captain and rigged the trolley to go full speed out of the exit! She breaks the handle off the fan and evacuates the trolley. When it looks like the Tato Team are doomed, Carrot comes up with a plan. They hook exercise bands on the end of the aisles, and Supertato uses all his strength to bring the trolley to a stop just before they reach the exit doors!
Evil Pea launches Supertato down the back of a sofa, but her plan goes wrong when she falls in too. Stuck inside with no obvious way out, they meet kooky Raisin, who lives down there with her collection of buttons. Raisin shows them the only way out of the sofa – a thread hanging from above. But Evil Pea climbs up first and undoes the thread, leaving Supertato trapped. Inspired by Raisin and her buttons, Supertato uses them, along with the thread, to create a pulley system to get out.
Supertato helps Tomato get a rare Golden Snuggybear for his museum from a giant toy capsule vending machine, but Evil Pea traps them inside by freezing the machine and takes the toy for herself! Supertato tries to break free but fails. Determined to escape, Tomato transforms into the Red Roller, whirls around the inside of the machine, breaks the ice and sets them free. Supertato and Tomato surf the resulting wave of toy balls to catch up with Evil Pea and rescue the Golden Snuggybear.
The Tato Team are having a day off, so Carrot upgrades the Tatoscope to alert Supertato to any of Evil Pea’s plans - and it works straight away! Pea pretends she's hurt her foot so Supertato will invite her into Tato Tower to recover. However, Supertato is so attentive that he doesn't leave her alone. Eventually, Pea shakes him off long enough to try and break the Tatoscope. But it goes into defence mode, and she ends up clinging off it like a bucking bronco. It’s Supertato to the rescue, but he realises she’s been faking it this whole time.
Supertato and Carrot are following a treasure map to Shiny Things Island - even though the map was suspiciously left outside Tato Tower for Supertato to find. It’s one of Evil Pea’s tricks! But Captain Pak Choi is also on the island and takes the map to find the treasure first. Along the way, they spring a variety of Evil Pea’s traps. When Evil Pea manages to catch Supertato and Carrot, Captain Pak Choi frees them and sends Evil Pea flying for deceiving her with fake treasure!
Evil Pea adds a voice control feature to her Evil Peamobile - she wants to command it to freeze all the fruit and veggies in the supermarket. But the vehicle turns on her when she shouts at it for not obeying her commands quick enough. Suddenly, Evil Pea is being chased by her own car and needs the help of Supertato and Tomato, who teach her that a little 'please' and 'thank you' can go a long way - even with an Evil Peamobile.
Carrot, Broccoli and Chilli’s team have just won the Supermarket Cup. Supertato is about to give them the Golden Ball trophy when Evil Pea challenges them to a winner-takes-all game - she plans to wear her 'cheaty boots' that make her unstoppable at football. But she turns the boots up to the highest setting, which sends them haywire and cause her to score own goals - and even kick the giant golden ball off the trophy. Luckily, Supertato and the Tato Team are there to save the day, and they still win the match!
Evil Pea makes a giant dough blob to completely cover the supermarket. But when it continues to rise and doesn’t follow any of her commands, she realises she’s made a mistake. Supertato uses some baking know-how to knead the dough back, but this makes it even bigger. Just as it is about to take over, Carrot uses the Evil Peamobile's ice blaster to freeze the dough and stop it in its tracks.
Evil Pea has set a trap for the Tatocar but accidentally gets herself and Corn trapped inside the Evil Peamobile. Her escape attempts only make the situation worse, and when Supertato offers help, she sets off the Evil Peamobile’s ice blaster. The trap is now very close to breaking. Supertato tells Evil Pea not to move a muscle, which sends her into a rage that makes the trap break and the car to plummet towards the ground - but Supertato saves the day!
Supertato is on holiday in the beach aisle but can’t relax with Evil Pea out there. Carrot sets up defences to stop her breaking into Tato Tower, but Evil Pea has a universal remote that can turn off Carrot’s inventions. Evil Pea runs into Tato Tower, only to find it empty. They’ve all left the supermarket - she’s finally won! But Evil Pea soon realises that ruling the supermarket isn’t as much fun as she thought it’d be without Supertato to stop her.
The Tato Team are having a disco, but Evil Pea ruins their fun by turning the fog machine up to maximum so that they all get lost. Broccoli tries to stop her, but the machine malfunctions and quickly fills the supermarket with thick fog. Supertato and Carrot try to save everyone by using their jetpacks, but they can’t see them. When Broccoli hears the duo flying above, she uses her new dance move, the broccoli fling, and sends Evil Pea flying up out of the fog.
Captain Pak Choi visits Tato Tower for the 'free shiny things' advertised on a sign outside, but it’s a trick by Evil Pea to take her pirate ship. Captain Pak Choi teams up with Supertato and jumps in the Tatocar to retrieve her ship, but the Corn Cobs throw barrels to get them off course. Supertato uses the ejector seat and fires his plunger onto the back of the ship so Captain Pak Choi can climb aboard. However, Evil Pea and Captain Pak Choi get tangled up in the ship’s ropes. It’s down to Supertato to raise the sails and stop the ship.
It's movie night, and Supertato is thrilled to discover that the star is Prickly Pear - his special skill is rounding up Mini Peas with his pea-yodelling. But the film gives Evil Pea the idea to take over Tato Tower with Mini Peas, trapping Supertato inside. When Supertato is accidentally ejected out of Tato Tower, he must convince Prickly Pear to take up pea-yodelling again so they can both wrangle the Mini Peas back to the freezer.
Evil Pea has made herself a new and improved Splatterpult, but Supertato turns up, which makes her lose her temper and accidentally fire herself back to her freezer. Evil Pea is about to quit being evil, until her evil parents pay a visit. Mummy and Daddy Pea teach their daughter how to be cool, calm and evil, so she can beat Supertato. After her training is complete, Evil Pea fires snowballs at Supertato and hits him - she’s overjoyed! But when he brings her snowballs back, all three peas lose their tempers.
Corn is sick and tired of Evil Pea’s plans failing because she’s always boasting about them. When Evil Pea accidentally gets stuck in a block of ice, Corn takes the opportunity to take over and become Evil Corn. After confronting Supertato, Corn plans to cover the supermarket in butter. Evil Pea and Supertato work together to stop her, and Evil Pea knows what Corn’s weakness will be – boasting! At the top of Cereal Mountain, Supertato gets Corn to boast about her evil plan, while Evil Pea butters Corn to the side of the mountain.
After Supertato accidentally knocks the ice off Evil Pea’s freezer, she seizes the opportunity to stay at Tato Tower. Supertato is excited to have Evil Pea over, but once inside, she uses her Freezy Hose to freeze Supertato out of his home. Luckily, Carrot has a plan. He goes to Evil Pea's freezer and turns it into Supertato’s freezer. Evil Pea is furious and leaves Tato Tower to tell him to get out, leaving it unguarded. It’s a race to reach the freezer first.
Supertato and Chilli are playing a computer game called Dino Defenders 2: Galactic Space Showdown. But just as they are about to win, Evil Pea snatches it away. They try to get it back, but she jumps into a toy version of the Big Bad Spaceship from the game and shoots energy balls at them, turning the supermarket shelves into a real version of the game! Despite their best efforts, they just can’t get past the energy balls. However, Supertato has an idea to use a toy version of a Dino Defender to climb the shelves and beat Evil Pea in the Big Bad Spaceship!
Raisin is planning on having a Button Exhibition and asks Supertato to look after her most precious button, Princess Bella Bob - and she has put a confetti surprise in its box for the grand opening! But Evil Pea plans to take the button to ruin Supertato’s reputation. After Supertato manages to foil her first two attempts to take Princess Bella Bob, Evil Pea tricks him by impersonating Raisin so she can take the precious button. But when Evil Pea opens the box from a high-up beam in the sofa, the confetti surprise goes off, sending her back to her freezer.
It’s Banana's Big Supermarket Game Show, and Supertato is going head-to-head with Evil Pea to try and win a speedboat. But after failing in the first round, Evil Pea decides to get the Cobs to help her cheat. On the second round, they must identify a mystery fruit or veggie. Supertato guesses correctly, but the Cobs secretly change the clip so that his answer is wrong and Evil Pea gets it right. But Supertato spots the Cobs sabotaging the show, and when Evil Pea thinks she’s won the speedboat, she can’t get away because Supertato is holding it above his head!
Evil Pea has made fake fortune cookies for Supertato, Broccoli and Carrot to open. She's going to make them all come true so that she can convince them to leave the supermarket and lock them out! Each fortune in the cookies immediately comes true. Carrot, however, is very suspicious of them. The final cookie says a great surprise awaits them outside the supermarket, and Evil Pea appears with the universal remote and locks them outdoors! Luckily, Carrot has a plan to make some fortune cookies of her own that will get Evil Pea to reopen the doors.
