She's Got the Look is a reality series created for and aired on TV Land. Hosted by model Kim Alexis, twenty women compete to become the next great supermodel 35 years or older. Celebrity judges, Robert Verdi, Sean Patterson and Rosumba Williams whittle down the cast of twenty until they find the one who has ‘the look.’ Beverly Johnson was a judge for the first two seasons. The winner receives a lucrative modeling contract with the world famous Wilhelmina Models, Inc and a photo spread for Self. TV Land’s nationwide search, which included months of online submissions, auditions and regional competitions in Los Angeles, Atlanta and New York City resulted in flying twenty contenders to New York. These semi-finalists were put to the test of expressing themselves and their fashion know-how. Ten finalists were then selected to live in a loft and compete in challenges such as photo shoots, runway competitions and tests on their fashion sense. At the conclusion of the competition, one woman is crowned the ultimate winner. The series premiered on June 4, 2008 with six back-to-back episodes. A second season aired in 2009. Season three premiered on August 25, 2010.

The first episode of She's Got the Look begins with the audition phase of the competition, beginning in the big apple, New York.
The ten finalists get transformations into the model look, face six of the toughest agents at Wilhelmina Models, and must muster the strength to bare it all in their first elimination challenge - a professional styled, nude photo shoot.
The eight remaining women are shocked with their surprise guest who gives them modeling tips then model down a live runway show. Not all will be fabulous, and one contestant will go home.
The seven remaining contestants test their nerve on the flying trapeze. Later, the women are fitted to pose between two attractive male models before another contestant is sent home.
The five girls remaining are surprised with a unexpected celebrity guest. The competition winners get a visit from their beloved family members.
Only four lucky finalists remain, and they must use everything they've learned to make it to the top. For the final challenge, the women must create their very own photo shoot and pitch themselves to the editors of SELF Magazine. Only one lady will be left standing, and will be crowned the winner with "The Look."
The models first challenge is a photo shoot in bikinis.
