16 participants arrive in the Colombian Caribbean to start a new adventure. A group of 14 members enjoy a welcome party and find out which team they belong to. In parallel, 2 more members learn that they must transport half of the final prize money through the jungle, while their companions must carry the other half. If they lose something along the way, it will be deducted from the final prize. Later everyone will meet in the jungle, where they will spend the night.

After a difficult night, the participants have their first test of team supremacy. The first two convicted of this first cycle are known and they all arrive at what will be their refuge for the rest of the competition, but conflicts begin due to the decisions of the orange team leader, Brenda. Hunger begins to take its toll on the participants and, despite the fact that the entire group is committed to not spending, one participant makes a mistake that will cost dearly.

The feuds begin. Brenda can't stand Elizabeth and Julio gets upset with his team for not being able to agree on the confrontation. We know the third convict of this first cycle, chosen through an open vote. The blue team has its prize for being the winner and the orange team, its punishment. A decision of Eli thinking about love, makes Brenda explode against her and Guty. In the morning, Susana decides to wake everyone up early, which sparks a big fight.

After the fight started by Susana, the whole house goes against her. Fernando is tempted and his decision unleashes the fury of the blue team. At the bonfire of the damned, the three participants who are already at risk of elimination choose the fourth opponent to go to the duel, making a decision that surprises everyone. The four condemned face off in an elimination challenge, knowing that two of them will have to leave the competition that same night.

We know the first two eliminated from MTV I will resist. A new cycle begins and with it the change of leaders. New betrayals are chosen by side before a new test for supremacy. The winning team's prize is a party where revenge makes someone throw themselves on top of a temptation. The losing team knows their punishment, which must happen at the same party.

Fernando takes Brenda's place in punishment and enjoys the party with the blues. At the end of the celebration, they claim that Brenda has left and this generates a strong fight with Guty. Robbie advises Chile because he knows that he likes Kim, but Chile, with a few too many drinks, picks a fight with him and they have to separate them. Faisy arrives to discount the money in this cycle and to everyone's surprise there is a fine for a robbery. Osiris breaks after receiving a hard and already familiar blow.

Emilio makes a strategy with his team to deceive the oranges and tell them that they are going to vote for Eli, but when they arrive at the confrontation he breaks his word. Chile and Kim begin to realize that Brenda and Guty are a team unto themselves, so they decide to be careful about what they tell their teammate.
