Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, a sports game, or just expressing gratitude for a loved one, Mary's Kitchen Crush is filled with recipes for every occasion. As Mary Berg prepares the meal, she guides viewers thoroughly the recipe, offering up plenty of helpful tips and takeaways.
Mary Berg has been best friends with Kyle ever since their days in the high school band. Kyle has recently started to hit the gym, so to show some support, Mary whips up a protein-packed version of his favourite meal: tacos. For Kyle, Mary is making some pec-pumping pork tenderloin tacos, with smoky roasted tomato salsa, and cumin-roasted sweet potatoes. And for his cheat days, she’s stirring up a spicy jalapeño paloma cocktail.
Myra Berg is not just an amazing mom, she’s also Mary Berg’s #1 fan! To thank her mom for all of her love and support, Mary gives Myra a giant food hug with a fresh and flavourful spin on a favourite: lamb. Berg prepares herb and garlic stuffed lamb tenderloin, served with oven-roasted asparagus topped with crispy capers and pistachios to pack extra crunch. Myra also loves garlic bread, so Berg serves up a side of buttery garlic and herb flatbread, and finishes off the meal with a sweet-tart strawberry-rhubarb galette for dessert.
