An unconventional woman, but with extraordinary intelligence but no one could have imagined it, and a quirky police officer, who suddenly has to work with her to solve crimes!
Penelope Mouriki (Smaragda Karydi) works as a cleaner at a police station, in the Crimes Against Life Directorate of the Greek Police. One night, she accidentally comes across the details of a recent murder case. She reads them and intervenes in the conclusions of the investigation, making very important corrections. The next morning, Lieutenant Argyris Kalatzis (Nikos Kouris) and the head of the department, Sofia Charitaki (Marouska Panagiotopoulou) discover her intervention, call her in for an explanation and are in for a big surprise. They find that Penelope is endowed with very high intelligence and has an IQ of 160! The chief, impressed by Penelope's abilities, forces the reluctant police lieutenant Kalatzis to collaborate with the talented cleaner.
Penelope, a divorced mother with an unusually high IQ who works as a cleaner in a police station. One night, she unwittingly gets involved in the investigation of a crime and contributes decisively to its resolution.

The team takes on a strange case. There are suspicions that the recent death of a woman was not due to natural causes. Thus, an order is given for her exhumation. But the coffin is empty and the body has been stolen. It seems that this is the work of the murderer to cover his guilt. Penelope and Kalatzis are asked to solve a mystery in a family mansion, with many potential culprits, reminiscent of an Agatha Christie story.

Penelope doesn't know who the father is, yet she shows up at the scene of a crime trying to appear comfortable. Giorgos and Daphne are sneaking around while Sophia has some shocking news.
Penelope goes to the clinic for her first ultrasound, but doesn't have time to do it because the gynecologist in the neighboring office has been found dead.
Penelope works with the new police officer, Minas. They seem to be getting along well, although she is tormented by the memory of Argyris and cannot concentrate easily. Meanwhile, Giorgos is feeling blue due to the absence of Argyris while Sophia seeks to lift his spirits up.
An elderly crime novelist is found dead in the secret room of a mansion. Meanwhile, Marina and Elias pressure Penelope to tell Telemachus about the pregnancy but Penelope is too distracted by her fantacies, an old acquaintance and her new boss to fulfill her responsibility.
Minas will be out of service for a long time which leaves Penelope and Giorgos free to invegistate their cases however they want. That is until they come across Argyri on their current murder case that ends up being a joint investigation case. Meanwhile an old familiar face comes in focus and more secrets are revealed.
As content as Kalatzis seems to be about returning to his old position he soon gets brought back to reality by Penelope's pregnancy reveal. Daphne recovers from the flu, but keeps George at a distance still until she too reveals a big secret.
Kalatzis has disappeared and a video arrives on Sofia's cell phone: Argyris has been kidnapped.
A new member joins the team, Kalatzis tries to come to terms with the possibility of becoming a father, and a twenty-six-year-old man is found murdered.
Serial Killer or not, Penelope goes around in circles trying to decipher the case while Marina and Elias pressure her about the paternity test until they decide to take the matter into their own hands.
Penelope receives an envelope with the results of the paternity test. A young woman's disappearance leads Argyri and Penelope to his parents' house who live nearby their place of investigation. The unexpected, however, is not over.
Telemachus and Argyris compete for the baby's fatherhood while Penelope does everything but take a maternity leave. Trina and Giorgos wonkily help Petro to win Sophia back whilst dealing with the murder case of a beloved influencer. Penelope eventually opens the paternity test results.
Penelope keeps Argyri and Telemachus on their toes as she not-so-sneakily investigates the murder of an ophthalmologist despite her ordered maternity leave by Sophia. The murder case is due but so is Penelope yet she finds herself against all odds once again.
