Amy and her fiance Mitchell pay a visit to his parents to tell them they are newly engaged. Suddenly, out of nowhere, Amy's dead best friend Tara shows up and crashes the announcement on the anniversary of her suicide.
After breaking up with her fiancé and saying goodbye to her ghost best friend, Amy struggles to adjust to life on her own and learns some life-changing news that rocks her world even further.
