In the premiere episode of "Coach Prime," the college football world is set ablaze as Pro Football Hall of Famer Deion Sanders takes the helm as the head coach at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Ignoring the swirl of criticism surrounding his move, Coach Prime remains steadfast, understanding that he has one singular mission-to turn around a struggling program and redefine its destiny.
Off-season practice and conditioning are over, and the Fall season is approaching. The Colorado Buffaloes face an uphill battle against TCU, the formidable 2022 National Championship runner-up. Projections are grim, and critics dismiss the Buffaloes' chances against this powerhouse. However, Coach Prime's relentless spirit ignites a spark in the team.
The Colorado Buffaloes shocked the sports world with their win over TCU. The upset moved the Buffaloes into college football's top 25 rankings. With National sports shows ascending to Boulder to witness the "Prime Effect," the Colorado Buffaloes prepare for back-to-back rival games against Nebraska and Colorado State.
