1 For All follows a group of dysfunctional friends as they play D&D together, cutting between the players at the table and the characters in the fantasy world.
We still need a little bit more time to finish the next episode so while we wait we thought we'd share some of the bloopers from Episode 1! This was only the second time a lot of the cast and crew met each other (after the table-read), and the first time we'd seen everyone together in costume. Watching this footage I'm amazed we managed to get anything done, let alone an entire episode...
Whenever I write a bad roll into the script, I would write: Antrius rolls a D20. It's not good. That phrase has now become an in-joke on set. Sometimes we even use it to judge 1 For All as a show. 1 For All: It's Not Good. Because you guys loved the bloopers from Episode 1, we've decided to make them a thing! Three adventurers meet in a dark tavern to see a man about a dangerous quest. What do you do? Meet the characters joining Pat's new campaign. What could possibly go wrong? D&D was a mistake.
While trying to enter King Jerald's Royal Garden the party encounter a lone guard blocking the path. How will they deal with the situation?
While searching for a place to rest for the night, our party finds a clearing in the woods which looks COMPLETELY SAFE.
When a situation seems hopeless never forget there is always one more option available: seduce your way out of it.
It all started over an apple.
No, we are not doing this. We are not sharing our tragic backstories and bonding over them.
During their quest to buy new boots, a new earring, and a new lute string, the party encounters a mysterious and shady wizard.
While on their way to see an elf go up in flames, the party comes across a knight. When their sharp blades don't manage to pierce his armor, Antrius decides to use his sharp wit instead.
The group finds an unexpected guest at an event.
They can appear in any place, at any time. They are the Rules Lawyers. And one might even be sitting at your table this very moment.
This is why you don't split the party.
Vlithryn, a young and naive Triton Cleric, makes her way up onto the surface world to help those in need. Unfortunately for her, the first people that she meets are Evandra, Antrius, and Nixie.
Where shall the three heroes go next?
The Party have accidentally gone killing again. Except this time, they've bitten off more than they can chew by inciting the wrath of Grishnakor, a fearsome Orc warrior. Fleeing the mess they've made, Evandra manages to bar themselves behind a wooden gate to give herself a moment before she 'takes care' of the situation. Antrius and Nixie aren't convinced of Evandra's ability to handle Grishnakor, and instead look to their secret weapon; Mogdar.
It never hurts to be 100%.
The trick is to just roll really well every time.
Do you guys have any idea how hard it is to get a Paladin to play at this table?
Final Encounter with the BBEG
Vlithryn the cleric has joined the party for the session. Shortly into the session, a giant wreaks havoc on a town. Can she endure the dysfunctional group's bickering long enough to keep them healthy and alive as they battle the giant?
After the charismatic Antrius succeeds in his performance check, the party finds themselves in a bizarre predicament and a newfound feathered family, though every chick must leave their nest eventually.
After mistaking a group of guards for bandits, murder happy Evandra has to deal with the ghostly consequences of her actions.
A dungeon master can never be certain which of their NPCs the players become attached to, or which NPCs they will use as monster bait. Sometimes they will do both.
Da'Sha the Tabaxi rogue joins the party for the session. Unfortunately for the local shopkeeper and the party's wallet, their new feline friend has a strong penchant for mischief and kleptomania.
Don't mess with him, he has a theatre degree.
Antrius takes on his rival / ex-lover Zephyr to find out who has the finest, fiddliest fingers, in the fifth annual Battle of the Bards!
After touching a mysterious magical trinket, Nixie's Wild Magic energy surges out of control.
Evandra faces her greatest struggle yet when the horse she rode in on isn't quite what it seems.
Mogdar, Evandra, and Nixie are coming home to face a new enemy... Disappointed parents!
Life or Death. Heaven or Hell. Mummy or Daddy. Antrius has to make his hardest decision yet.
